And the starting point for me every, single, time is: What’s the objective? And what are we pointing at?

Most businesses have some sort of arbitrary goal; be the best, be numero uno, just sell more.

But I’ve found that during my many years of management experience across sales, marketing, product and customer facing functions, I’ve been able to find a path through the complex, the noisy, the red tape and help frustrated business leaders overcome challenges.
